This is 2 ways to produce spunlace non woven Fabric:

1) Parallel lapped spunlace non woven fabric,it means that the fiber is becoming to fabric after coming out of carding machine, without go through the cross net machine.

The weight of this parallel lapped spunlace is low, usually at 25-80gsm.(our parallel lapped spunlace weight is also from 25-80gsm).

The tension of this fabric is very small,Lateral force is very small,and the Longitudinal direction can easy to tear up to strips.

80% parallel lapped spunlace is used for wet wipes production.

2) Cross lapped spunlace nonwoven is go through the cross net equipment.

We had 2 cross lapped spunlace productive lines, and the tension is very good.

The MD:CD CAN BE 1.2-1.5:1.

The weight can be 38-200gsm.
